there are several settings in the pcm that keep the engine in cold or hot mode depending on the ECT. HPTuners will allow you to modify these settings.

converter has 24K miles on it. no problems at all, i upgraded to a Yank. make me an offer and its yours. its boxed up and ready to go. you pay shipping, it weighs about 45LBS.

well, i'm in the market for a new set of floormats for the SS. The ones i have now are REALLY nice and have a red SS logo on them. Unfortuneatly, over the weekend while i was rewiring my LC-1 (for the 3rd time) i laid my shop light down on the floor on the mat and it burnt a hole in the floor mat about the size if a silver dollar. anyway, wanted to see what kind of floormats everyone else is using, other than the stock ones. thanks!

yeah, i could be wrong, i havn't really messed with it alot yet. i know for sure though when i brake stall it, it goes to 2600.

hey guys, got the converter in yesterday, i ended up just paying a shop to do it. i hate doing that but oh well. anyways, while it was being done, i took a bunch of pics, just wanted to share. as far as the drivability goes, there really isn't much difference at all. for those of you on the fence about doing a converter, don'st sweat it, just do it. normal everyday driving, there is basically no difference at all, but from a dig, i spin all 4 everytime. fun fun fun.!
