Whats crazy is I buy my gas from HESS for 329 a gallon right now and half mile down the road there is a Shell station there gas is 339 a gallon and there always packed. I dont know why?

Thats looks like so much fun, Besides the balls hurting part. I work with surival gear at work and we were taught about harness tightness for that reason... Stay safe out there and enjoy the Far east reason.

Its getting bad here in Florida, We got 18 Wheelers going on strike becuase they are paying 4 dollars a gallon and there pay is not going up, bad part is since nothing can make it to the store without them everything else is going up. Its insane. Also bad part is I havent heard any presidential candidates talk about gas prices...I guess no one cares. Gas is usally a coupld of cents cheaper on base but still cost me 80 bucks to fill up.

Nope, you will be fine.

Get the IS, you won't be sorry. I have that same lense and had one without IS before. Try Abe's of Maine for your lense.
Thanks they got some decent prices.
-
Thanks for all of the replies, The guy I Bought my last lense has a 70-300MM with the IS and said he will give me a good deal on it. I think the IS will be better since my wife will be using it too. Now its on to get some good hoods and filters. Sounds like fun. I will post some pic with the new camera soon. L8er JAc

Well finally broke down and bought me a Canon Digital Rebel XTI. Picked it up from bestbuy over the weekend for 550. Already bought me a new lens since the on it comes with sucks. Got a Canon EOS EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, My question is I'm looking for a long range zoom lens and dont know what to get. IM STUCK! I saw that canon makes a 100-300MM lens for a decent price but charges 300 more for the IS on the upgraded model. Dont know if its worth the extra 300. If anyone got any experience with any canon zoom lense, Any info would be helpful. Thanks

did you have to splice all the HU wires or did you have an adapter that connected it to the factory harness?
No splicing into the factory wiring, Used a wiring harness adapter, was like 10 bucks.

Hey guys, I am looking into doing a new stereo setup. What are the best subs i could get? I either want 3 10's or 2 12's. Also, i am not a stereo genious so how many amps would i need for those subs to sound good? Thanks.
Me personally I would run 2 JL audio 10W6 series and run a Jl audio 500/1 amp. It all depends on how much cash you want to spend.

jac are you still using the wheel controls and have door chimes? If so how much do those adapter set you back? What was the install like as well?
Im not using the Wheel controls but I did install the door chime adapter and onstar. I paid 50 for the one adapter to use with the bose system. The onstar adapter was given to me bye my friend who had a extra one sitting in hos tool box for the last yr or so. I looked into the steering wheel control adapter for about 30 dollars but the 9886 alpine comes with a wireless remote. on the install Wasent bad at all. some splicing of of the 2 adapters but thats really about it. took me about a hr total. If you buy the stereo from crutchfield you will pay 300 for the stereo and you will get the adapters for half price and a free install kit

I beleive woth the 03 and up trucks the adapter is one unit for both.
Hope this helps any
