Alright looks like the day is set for Saturday the 26th. Lets say 1pm at the state park Blue Heron Park 111 Westshore Drive Moses Lake, Wa 98837 How about a head count for the BBQ...like I said if everyone is willing to pitch in a little ($10), I can get everything together.

I thought the first Challengers out are SRT models...my buddy pre-ordered a an SRT over a year ago. Dealer tells him he should be expecting it with in a few weeks.

There is a launch at the state park (better have AWD at this launch, its steep). The south end is probably the best place to beach, thats were I go. Its usually pretty full on the weekends, theres a lot of lake to cruise on too...

The state park has a big parking area so pics should be no problem. I've got the weekend of July 25th off and the weekend of Aug 1st, except for my wifes due date is Aug 8th, so for me that weekend (Aug 1st) may not be good for me. Im not sure how much time everyone needs but I can arrange to be off the weekend of July 11th...Race Wars is on the 12th, so maybe Sunday the 13th would work? If we do the BBQ, if everyone is willing to pitch in like $10 or so, I could purchase everything needed. Just need to know how many to expect So how about it, all you WA SS'ers? And TBSS'ers...anyone interested?

What would you all have in mind? Let me know and I can try to set something up...maybe we could meet a the state park or something? Have a little BBQ? What are your thoughts? Any ideas...

Ok question for the trans guros (sp?) Im installing a TBTC/zippy shift kit soon and am torn between which cooler I should install. Im looking at the Tru Cool 4590 or the Tru Cool Max 4739 w/o t-stat bypass. Im leaning towards the Max but was worried if the trans temps would be to cold with the Max cooler. Im also planning on having sythentic fluid placed in the trans after the install. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Im also installing a TBTC/shift kit soon. I have not purchased a trans cooler though, I was panning on installing a sythentic fluid in the trans. With the higher temps of the TBTC and synthetic fluid, do you think i'll be ok with the stock cooler with regards to trans temp?

I've already scheduled the install, the shop is expecting me late next week. I'll try to get the stat and retune all around the same time too. Oh, not sure if you knew but Race Wars is July 12th I beleive? You guys going?

Sounds good...I actually recieved my TC today, now Im just waiting for the shift kit. I spoke to Zippy yesterday, looks like its going to take about a week or so (he's pretty busy). I cant wait Any guess as to what et's I could acheive. Like my sig states...I went 14.39 without the LT's and retune. Im hoping to say hello 13's with the LT's, TBTC, Zippy Kit, 160 stat, and retune.

Im considering adding a TBTC and Zippy shift kit to my SS. Before I take the plunge, I was curious what sort of gains you've all seen with these mods (regarding 1/4 ets). Would .3 to .5 tenths be unreasonable? Also Im looking at just under $1000 for parts and labor, just looking for some reassurance that these mods are worth the $. Any info would be appreciated, thanks

Are most 160 t-stats the same? Which would you recommend? I will be adding a couple new mods that require a re-tune, so I figure I may as well add the 160 stat.
