    Wtb: Ipod

Wow..you should have sent me a pm. I've been at work all day. I check my email on my phone throughout the day. Don't check the site. Before I left work I got him a Sony mp3 player I saw in the case for 70 bucks. But thanks...I'll let some friends know what you got. I might be able to find someone that'll buy it. I'd like one for myself, but I'm going to have to stop spending and wait till the first of the year.

Thanks for the input guys I've definently decided on a nano. Still shopping around for one though. And he does have a digital camera already so I'll be going with the 4th generation.

    Wtb: Ipod

Looking to buy an Ipod for my brother. He wanted a mp3 player. I got him a psp for birthday/Christmas...he wants something small so he can listen to music while he works out. I'm thinking an Ipod nano would be good. And from what I can tell from looking through ebay, is the 5th generation has a camera also If anyone has one that's in like new shape for a decent price (my budgets about 100 bucks) let me know If not, he'll just have to wait till tax time for one I guess. Thanks.
  4. Just something I thought I'd share with you guys. Back story...My brother, Kevin, is overseas in Bahgdad with the 301st chemical company. He left out in the summer...I think June. He was supposed to get 2 weeks leave, then he said he wasn't going to be getting it. Of course mom was upset... In September he sent me a message on myspace saying he ended up getting leave and not to tell Mom. So...luckily, he got home while mom was at work and I was supposed to be going to pick her up for lunch. So I went in her office with the camera and Kevin and Dad came up the elevator(right across from her office). She had no clue...I'm glad I got it on video. I think Kevin starts to turn a little purple from mom's choke hold. Anyhow...I was going through all my pictures and found...thought you guys might like it. It's better if you can play it full screen. Sorry for the floor shots...had to play it cool. I think I told her I was going to the lake to take pics.
  5. Got a couple new ones a month or two ago. Not the best pictures but oh well.
  6. If I ever have kids, I've got a couple names picked out.... Gabriel (so I can call him Gabe) and Theodore (so I can call him Theo) I looked it up and Gabriel means...God is my strength. Theodore means...divine gift.
  7. That does suck. I guess I'll just wait to get mine done when I get the truck painted in a year or two. Hopefully you won't have anymore surprises with it.
  8. I'll switch if you can work it out with the previous owner. Wickliffe is about 6 hours for me...way too far to drive. But I could switch before he brings you the truck.
  9. I'd love a shaved tailgate. The line-x sticker says lexington, ky. Is that where you are picking it up? I live about an hour away from there.
  10. Any chance you would sell just the wiring harness?
  11. And now for the funny....and stuff that has nothing to do with cars. Buick in disguise??? This is why I wash my uniforms at the house and don't let the uniform service do it... A ridiculous amount of tire slime A rainbow from a few months ago A rainbow from a couple weeks ago Baby praying mantis And a black widow. We had a big problem with these being in the garage last year. I guess Walmart finally did something about it, cause I haven't seen any this year....yet.
  12. This is a local training rig. I'm pretty sure he said that the training dummy alone cost $100,000. It has 5 or 6 cameras on the inside and a huge flat screen on the outside. So the people outside can watch the people inside training mess up.
  13. Thought I'd post some of the random things that have come through work. This is probably a year's worth...no telling how much I missed on my days off. I did have a pic of a Yaris with a trailer hitch...I must have deleted it though. This guy came in wanting an oil change cause the car started acting up at the track. I was on lunch when this one came in...got back in time to take pics though. It's a Cragar Special Edition. The guy said there were only 150 made. I think it was an '08. I don't remember what kinda car this is, but it looked like someone threw a can a glitter on it while the paint was still wet.
  14. What the star looks like now...and one of my kitties. She likes having her pic taken.
  15. The star has changed...I'll have to get a pic of it later.
  16. The spare wheel is on the back now. It looks better in person than in the pics...these pics aren't very good. And it looks real good from the passenger side, cause there's no damage .
  17. Yes indeed it has. Very stressful. I learned alot though...mainly how to save money...and always have insurance. Didn't borrow any money from anyone...it was all me. (Sorry. I'm bragging, but if you knew me...you would know it is a big accomplishment for me) Could of probably got a supercharger for it with what I've put in it so far .
  18. Yes, after 8 and half months it was very weird driving it again. I got used to driving dad's vette, and that thing was low to the ground. It's nice to be able to see over traffic again. It's pretty surreal to have it back.
  19. Hmmmm, very tempting on the hood. I need a new one, but I figured I'd keep saving money and get a ram air or cowl. Can't beat $50 dollars though. I'll think on it. And holy crap...you bought that hitch off of me probably 2 years ago or better
  20. Well, the truck is finally back in my possession. Yay I got it back a couple weeks ago, but it still wasn't drivable or legal(had to renew tags). So I had to get a steering box, passenger upper control arm, passenger lower ball joint, and passenger torsion bracket. Got all that put on, took it and had it aligned yesterday, and the exhaust leak fixed today. They just put glue on it though And then got tags renewed today. So I'm driving it finally. I think I need new shocks though, cause it's an awful bouncy ride. Got the wheels balanced and that helped a little. One of the places in town priced me some Boss 330 or Boss 315 wheels and tires for $1400...so I may have new wheels and tires soon I'm trying to decide on black or chrome wheels still. Still need a new bumper and hood and paint, but that'll be the goal for the next year I guess.

    Can You?

The pic was a few years old though. I don't think I even had my truck when that satellite image was taken. http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=38....mp;t=h&z=17
  22. Welp....i got it back on thursday. Still not drivable though. When Johnny took it to be aligned, and was under it lookin around, he found that it needed a steering box, passenger upper control arm, and passenger side torsion bracket. I've already got all the parts...just waiting to get em put on. He dropped it off to me at work and I drove it (very carefully, with momma following me) the mile or so home. It did pretty good. The driver front tire is rubbing the bumper cover. It's good to go down to the garage and look at it. It got it's first bath in over 8 months too. And you would not believe how hard it is to get 8 month old coffee off glass
