Its seems we wont here that ole crap about chevy's "cheap interior" and lack of sophistication anymore. The second link is a bad to the bone cadillac that has some serious design behind it and makes me feel good about the folks at GM still. Yeah mine has gotten its unfair share, I think unfair but i guess the saying is fair share, of dents from other peoples stupidity.... i wanna yell right now cause this makes me MAD just thinking of them!!!! Hopefully I can get them all fixed up when I have my stripes painted on soon after my return to the states. I got a DD and some bikes these days to keep miles and damages off the SS.... but even when my DD gets a new ding I get so pissed!!! I take really good care of my stuff but have had really $hi...bad luck the last few years with my SS and my other toys!!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info guys. I rode in a D1 procharged Vette the day before I can overseas man, supposedly set up by Lingenfelter and man was it sweet!!! It was for sale and by god if it was after my deployment instead of before I may have just had to purchase that bad boy!

Fog light mod is pretty sweet looking, putting HID fogs in has been on my to-do list for like five years ha! Some cool looking behind the grill lights may be cool too, like those fancy LED light bars a lot of offroad trucks are using these days!

Yeah they need more side wall or somin, just doesnt sit right so maybe lowered those would look better but changing them is a good idea. I hate knocking down a SSS price because I obviously find value in them however if I was you I would take like $11,500 or $12,500 in cash money! If he turns it down tell him to keep/sell them wheels and then try it! Good luck man, and really it is a pretty good lookin deal but who knows on C-list.

Yeah that looks sick! I see those strips on the side of the cowl and it looks great, but in the first to pics/freeze frame of the video it looks like faint stripes on the top of the cowl hood itself. Great lookin trucks guys

I guess I could just sell the P1SC as a kit and buy the total D1 kit then if the bracket doesnt work, since i have a different intercooler and piping i will basically need nothing in the kit if I don't use the headunit and bracket. Im not sure I want to sell them yet but if I change intake manifolds I want be needing them anymore and they need to be on a nice truck! Just a feeler but check them out, got them from Dentguy back when i bought a bunch of his procharger stuff. ***well the file is to big but i think they are still in an old thread i'll get pics Is that white truck got some stripes? looks like stripes on the hood or stripe decals just pulled off, i have stripes and want them painted on and just looking around to see what else is out there before they become that permanent

Thanks for the reply. Motor currently sits stock with cam, hardened pushrods, springs ready to go on with the P1 also sitting in the corner and an array of other parts like larger injectors (42s, and I have 60s now ill use), 160 stat, stock procharger intercooler but I'll use the larger 3 core I also have plus new piping, plus more I'm sure im forgetting. Anyways I see tons of guys have gone with the D1 and if I can find a D1 I'll pull the trigger on it and I probably an intake as well. Oh and all kinds of tranny goodies as well. Makes sense to just go D1 from the start but I hope I can sell the P1, obviously I'll wait to find a D1 first. What else did you change when you went P1 to D1? just the head unit? what intake you running? Other internal mods? Thanks and I'm searching through all the old D1 conversations now!

Man on man I wish I was able to buy one of these bad boys when they first came out and put it under lock and key! Since I was in like 8th grade back then haha I didn't have that kind of cash. Plus, I would have had to buy two so I can drive the $--- out of one like I did with this one until about two years ago. Now my baby is a garage project for all kinds of fun and the occasional cruise and I LOVE it, I hate that it rolled over 100k but it is just so awesome to me, NEVER selling it

Hey guys I've been doing some surfing through older threads and see lots of guys with 90mm intake manifolds and even 102s with a procharger but seems most everyone I've come across running a different intake manifold with a procharger is rocking the D1SC.... is it just not worth it to swap out to a larger intake manifold with the P1SC? any guys run a P1SC for awhile then swap out the intake and see a worth the money difference? I've been told by another member that was running the P1SC and a larger intake that he wished he didnt swap the manifolds because the smaller stock one allows larger boost pressure, make any sense? I can see it both ways so you pros got any advice I would much appreciate it!!! I'm considering the search for a D1 before even put the P1 on to ha cause i'll probably wanna upgrade so probably good investment in the intake huh?

These are some seriously good looking setups! I have the Baer 6s big brake kit that is red but I think I'm gonna paint them blue and ad the logo... although brake calipers in red look kicka$$ no matter what color vehicle you have so i may just redo mine in red with the SSS logo instead of the Baer logo... anyone finds some of these logos share the details!!!!

do you have a link to the kits? I can find it on ebay but I've been through the first ten google pages looking for a website with some retail info and manufacture B.S. kinda stuff but it is just page after page of forums.... a link would be much appreciated!!! Thanks and if I come across any good info i'll pass it along!
