I thought that 750 was kinda high. I brought in some print out of the parts from summit racing and he was telling me that it takes a lot more time and labor to put the spindles on. I just don't think that he liked that I went into the shop knowing what I wanted to put on the truck.

 

Is buying the Belltech parts sperate better than buying the Mcgaughy's deluxe kit?

Today I went to get a price quote on lowering my truck with the spindles and shackles. I was quoted 750 to do the spindles and shanckles and quoted 450 to do keys and shackles. The guy was trying to tell me that its the samething without the spending money on the spindles. Is this bad? Also is that a pretty high price quote for the spindles and shackles and labor?

I only have about 40k on my truck. The stock shocks should be fine. is there a specific part number for the shackles?

What are the part numbers for the spindles and what is the best way to drop the rear 2 inches? Also do I need to replace the shocks when installing the drop? Thanks for the help.

Well the truck has been at the dealer for 2 days now and they couldn't find anything wrong. They said everytime they go out and drive it it never does anything i describe to them. So I guess I'll wait and see if it does it anymore. I have an AEM intake, could this mean its time to clean the intake?
