just installed the 05 efans on my SS and got a harness from Nelson performance online works good so far, had to program it in the pcm to work

Im also running the 60# and see 78% @ 5800 rpm with a V2 Vortech and thunder racing cam L92 heads and still not even getting into it realy so dont let anyone say they are 2big, why run the 42# @ 100 plus % just my 2cents

Was the maf oem or other? also sounds like the plugs are dead, use ngk tr6 gap .035" stock plugs will melt and blow out with stock gap .055" -

This is what im using from Thunder racing idles @ 800 rpm very well as well as turns on with the heavy foot! l92 heads yank 3000 stall V2 s trim blower 60 lb injectors 99-TR-BLOWR-CAM Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft "TR Blower" - 214/230 .601/.579 117 LSA. Off Idle-6800 RPM Power Band. Broad power range. Different from our CheaTR with even less valve overlap for forced induction applications. Stock like idle. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended. Double valve springs and titanium retainers required for this cam. -
Thanks got the injectors set kinda now, not burning my eyes out now Lol but need some bigtime help with the rest !!! who can do a email HPT tune to point me in the rite direction so I can compare and see why ?

Just finished my little upgrade. Started it up tonight first click of the key idles ok but is over fueling way too rich big lag in throtle responce! what do I do now ? I have HPT but dont know what to change to correct Please help !!!!!! Went and bought a tool from Isky to notch the pistons in the block, a couple hours and I had my clearance -
I also have one for sale has latest tune in it, only the 03 one works for 03, the 04 will not work $200 shipped

degreed the cam in put a head on with old gasket, installed #1 valves with light springs. at TDC put dial indicator on top of retainer, within a few degrees on crankshaft rotation you can push valve till it hits piston, intake and exaust were almost the same and these amounts were after adding in the extra for the .074" cometic gaskets instead of the .051" stock OMFG im dun for -
In stalled the new blower cam and L92"s with manley valves and end up with a max clearance of .038" on the intake patriot double springs are being used for final assembly, this is with light cam check springs whats your opinion?????

Im still confused does the 12600767 NBS L92 pump work with the L76 intake and vette style 90 MM TB ? the pump is $129 @ http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results.cfm

Putting headers on 03 SS and there is a O2 sensor in frint and behind the cat can I remove the cats for a catless install do I need all 4 O2 sensors ? what can I do ?
