I always try to park away from other vehicles if i can or at least park next to another nice vehicle and hopefully they will respect mine as much as theirs and not door the hell out of mine.

I work for csx as a conductor and a guy got fired a few months back for stealling them out of the locomotive shop and selling them on ebay. He was actually a supervisor. I know alot of people put them on 18 wheelers but i've not seen them on regular trucks but sounds like a good idea. It scares the hell out of people hearing the horn on the traines so i could imagine them not even expecting it to come from a regular vehicle.

Guy's thanks for all the compliments. The color is actually sport red metalic. it does have alot of chrome and i've been thinking of taking the fuel door off. MisterP I am planning on getting a hard top bed cover painted to match and the idea of lowering only the back 2 inches don't sound too bad either. Thanks again everyone for all the good input.

It would look pretty good lowered but i hate to do that to a 4x4 but i have thought about it. I really want a nice hood and hard bed cover.

I have low beam silverstars and fog lights but i've had to replace 2 low beams the last couple months. I really like them and i know i'm putting them in right but i don't know what the problem is.

I was just messin around anyway. I never liked the loud popping and cracking of straits myself either. I know what you mean i would never redneck my truck out either although i am kind of a redneck i mean come on i'm from southeastern KY. On my truck i actually have a single flowmaser bigblock series that's one in two out and love the sound of it. It don't pop and crack and it's not to loud in the cab. It just has a real deap mellow sound to it.
