  1. ^^ second that. Go ahead and replace the heater pad while you're in there as well imo.
  2. Lookin good! What's the name of the shop? You can pm me if you like. I'll be looking to get some work done soon.
  3. Yeah I don't see why people hate on lifted SS trucks. If someone wants a lifted truck, why not start with the best truck? If everyone was exactly the same, how boring would that be? Truck looks good imo. I'd Swap back to original headlights and maybe bigger wheels, but it does look good.
  4. Flowbastards are trash. I wouldn't run anything baffled. Get a MagnaFlow muffler if you want something that sounds good, flows better than stock, and doesn't have drone. I prefer a true cat back like corsa, but for a muffler replacement only, I would look at something straight through like the two I mentioned.
  5. Is it for the door or tailgate, bc people will ask.
  6. I hate aftermarket parts too, but I did use an eBay smooth tailgate bezel. Looks great too. On my silver birch SS I got a new factory one and sanded all the texture.....wasn't fun lol.
  7. Easy. It's just swapping parts. You need to decide how much you want it lowered (from stock location) and buy the corresponding drop kit or parts. You'll be able to sell the lift which is a plus.
  8. LOL most people probably thinking, damn that trucks about to die and then see the smoke too.
  9. Yep blue smoke is gonna be oil. +1 for Sam Miller. He tuned my truck too.
  10. set them as no fault or whatever like they don't exist at all. They won't show up as not ready.
  11. I like positive displacement blowers because of the instant low end torque right off the line.
  12. I always pass. It's all about tuning, and turning off the rear o2's.
  13. My exact question lol. No way is a cam only lq9 making that power.
  14. +1 for new Era or izzy. Is izzy in jail?
  15. Go with some billet wheels. They are actually lighter and will benefit the truck with more than just appearance.
  16. Don't forget some longtubes. That and a blower cam are gonna be huge with that PD blower.
  17. Look for the gm part numbers stamped on the inside of the parts.
  18. Oem is going to be your best bet, even if you have to go used. I would use a nice used set before aftermarket due to the sealing and fitment issue. Your headlights are the same as any other 03-07 classic silverado.
