my alarm (viper remote start) has been acting up lately. my pager will start beeping and my truck will chirp. battery is brand new in both fob and truck. ideas?
every electronic device seems to be going crazy on me lately. first my alarm then my phone. i'll be busy the next few days getting my e-life fixed.
did you recently replaced your battery??

yeah!!!! remove the bracket and bolt the bump stop directly to he frame,that would give you about 11/2 inches more of clearance ......JUST CHECKED AND THEY ARE ABOUT 1/4 IN FROM TOUCHING. DO I STILL NEED TO REMOVE THEM?

what are you having troubles with? does it fell jarring when you hit a bump or just overall bad in every way. how much did you lower it in the back? if you did enough it could be riding on the bumpstops

dam 5-6 lenghtsi raced an auto version and smoked him pretty easily from a dig or a roll. ran up to 90 and i put 5-6 lenghts on him.

jack up the truck and put jack stands on the frame.you have to push the leaf spring all the way up so that the bolt goes in,the way i did it was while the truck is on jack stands remove old shackle then put the jack on the differential and jack it up until you see the leaf spring clear the frame now put the new shackle in then lower the leaf spring slowly till it slides in the frame.hey everyone,
I'm having trouble installing my rear shackles. I started with the rear driver side one and I'm having trouble getting the bottom part of the shackle back into the bracket. been working on the same damned side since 1700.... does it help if i take both rear rims off? i only took off the side i was working on. should i rent air tools?? now that i know how to take everything apart., it should go easier on the other side. i just need tips on how to get them back in the bracket. the top one goes in just fine. thanks
what part are you having issues leafspring to shackle or shackle to frame??? if the new shackle wont go in the frame bracket then try to open the bracket a little bit with a few smacks with a hammer or try grinding the eye bolt of the new shackle but only a little bit
