I just came back from my audio guy. He was taking out my system from my old truck that I just traded in for the 07 SSS. Jose - you may have heard of them "Audio Elite". In a couple of weeks I'll have it installed in the new truck with some modifications / additions of course. But one sugestsion he had was to get one on the newer Alpine Dbl DIN units with the bluetooth. My Kenwood http://www.kenwoodusa.com/products/ListPro...&k3=149&pr=2138 doesnt have that feature. I'm thinking about doing it so if anyone knows who would want my Kenwood let me know. I would also sell it together with the TV tuner module and antenae. Has anyone tried using a methanol kit? Results? Manufacturer? Horsepower gains?

On the stock intake system, what is the purpose of the resevior on the tube from the air box to the manifold?

Is there a recommended break in period for my truck? How long should I baby it before going WOT or before starting to add mods?

Thanks for the welcome. Sum - are you saying that there will be no 08 SSS? Steve - I was wondering the same thing. I hand't seen one either.

After reseaching for a while, I finally did it. I just brought home a new 07 SSS black, with dark pewter leather interior. I traded in my 05 Sierra CC Z71. It just wasn't doing it for me. Put a few mods on it, but I felt it was going nowhere. Now I have a much better platform to start with. I look forward to leaning alot from you folks when it comes time to start the modding process.
