Just got the latches in the mail, but no instructions
I assume it's easy to switch them out, but don't want to break anything.

Call me crazy.......but after reading this I ran outside and dropped mine down from 39 to 34. The specs inside the door jam say 30.........so i'll try it at 34 and go from there.

I found that same piece on the floor just a couple weeks of owning my truck.

I took it easy for the first 750 miles. Took it in for an oil change and differential fluid change. Service guy looked at me like I was crazy.
After that, I let 'er rip!

how did that work out? ive been thinking about one. how come your not running it on the SS?

I have the aftermarket shaft and it worked well for a while and was very tight but it still clunks just like before. I have thought about just installing a non slip shaft I mean why not older cars had a solid shaft. It would still have the corrigated piece down at the box for impact.

I had this problem on my 05 GMC Sierra. Drove me crazy! Just counting the days before it starts on my SS.

Zinc plated valvebody spacer plate
Metal accumulator piston kit
B&M tranny cooler
SLP 160 T-Stat
Dyno tune
I can't wait. Should have her back by Thursday.
