Hey DUBYA - got a question for ya! Saw you had installed a TB spacer....Could you tell any difference of performance/mpg with this mod? Thanks - sweet truck by the way! Didn't really notice any difference in mpg or performance. Think I paid about $40 for it, easy install. Just got the pcm4less tune....ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I asked for the firmest shifts he could load, and I've caught some pretty good seconds (on pretty slick tires).

I got 16.4 for 50K miles. Did a PCMforless tune, and for the last 5K, avg. has been 16.7. BTW, 90% highway driving.

I put the new bilstein (BE5-C891-H0 (FRONT RIGHT&LEFT)) on about 3 weeks ago, and they really help. Very firm ride, but I'm needing new tires....54K on current ones, not good for handling, especially in the rain, but one hell of a good time when I'm playing.

I'm in Houston every 2 weeks or so to see my G/F, (she lives on the west side - memorial/eldridge area). I live north of Austin, but keep me posted.

Looks great! I love the way Chevy's look, but the GMC's are SOOOO sleek.

Found it on Ebay, paid $20 for it. It's from the Aussie version of the GTO (Holden Monero). Needing to shave the 'Silverado' and 'Chevrolet' off the tailgate then apply this one on one side, chrome UT Longhorn on the other.

Just got word from my dealership that the rattle I've been hearing for about the last 3 weeks is the intermediate steering shaft. They had to order the part, and my GMPP 100K warranty is going to cover it minus a $100. deductible. The guy at the service desk indicated that they see it quite often. My truck has 54140 highway miles, and the only other thing the dealer has done to it is coat the underbody. I ran it for 50K with AirRaid CAI, magnaflow 2 into 1 - 3" and throttle body, avg. 16.4. Last 4K with all listed and PCMtune, up to 16.7 and A LOT more fun. Just wanting to know if anyone else has had this steering shaft issue. Thanks in advance. PS: I was googling VHO yesterday to kill time, got directed to the Titan page......lots of 'Chevy Kills' talked about over there. Haven't been taken by one yet.

New to the site and glad that VHO's are welcome. Have been very busy with work lately, not much time to mod, but will as time allows. Sure do love sitting next to the HEMI's at the stoplights!
