    Can i ask where you had gotten that dash kit and how much. And for the record my SS has no leather and center console
    Thank you, everyone thought it was a clone cuz it didn't have a center console or leather. In 06 you had 3 options, mine: no leather or center console, cloth interior with the polished aluminum rims, 2. center console-leather-sunroof-chrome rims, or 3. intimidator package.Dash kit was $500 installed from:Car Truck SUV Toy Store5711 1/2 Van Nuys Blvd. Van Nuys, CA (818) 994-7761

    2006 Silverado SS, Black w/grey cloth interior, brushed aluminum dash kit, 10, 550 miles.

     

    Mods:

    1. Air-Raid CAI

    2. Flowmaster Exhaust, dual 3" inlet / single 3.5" w/stock SS tip

    3. Wheatley Tuned and still have core PCM

    4. Low-Jack

    5. Warranty up to 36,000 miles *NOT 36 months*

    6. K&N HP oil filter

    7. Mobil 1 5/30w motor oil

    8. Antenna Delete

    9. Iron Cross hitch cover

     

    I am selling my SS because of financial difficulties.

     

    The truck is in immaculate condition, it has been covered every day for 2 years since I've had it.

     

    I just waxed it with Zymol within 1 month.

     

    All maintenance, cleaning and mods. done by myself. (except welding of muffler)

     

    I ran Mobil 1 5/30w w/K&N HP oil filter within 800 miles of purchase and changed it every 3-4K since.

     

    Differential oil was changed at 1,800 miles and replaced with Mobil 1 fully synthetic 75/90w gear oil.

     

    This truck has never seen a mechanic, a car wash or a valet. It's in showroom condition.

     

    It's never been raced, abused or mis-driven.

    I live in Sherman Oaks a few miles north of L.A. "76" brand 91 octane = $4.09 a gallon. The craziest thing is I was in Beverly Hills a few weeks ago - $4.39 a gallon. Still don't why everyone wants to move here. Born and raised here, wish I could live out of state...

    I had one Stolen also about a year ago ........... I went to the Dealer and it was 125$ FOR ONE I was like :wtf: . So I went to E-Bay , I got 4 of them for 75$ I got oneswith the Cross Flags But they do have the Stock Center Cap for the 06 SS

    Thanks Mark, yeah I checked on-line already and couldn't find any which are silver painted. I actually just came back from the dealer after questioning them. It turns out that the silver painted rims are the "P30's" whick take a 15197885 center cap, and the chrome rims are "P35"s" whick take the 15116616 center caps. Hope this helps anyone out there who is not sure!

    Hi everyone, I need some help. My center cap was stolen and I'm confused about which one to replace it with. I have an 06 with the painted silver 20" rims and the center cap is painted with a chrome center where the bowtie is. The part # I have is 15116616. It states at GM parts direct that's it's "chrome" but is that referring to the actual center of it where it is chrome or the entire cap being chrome for the chrome wheels which I don't have. Any help would be appreciated. I already did a search here on ss.com but the answer still isn't clear, thanks!! I found this link with a photo, this is what I mean, does 15116616 match these center caps?
