This just happened to me.... got the pay pal email that I payed, moneys gone outa the bank but no supporting member status???????Help!!!!

My dad recently bought a double cab tundra w/ the i force and TRD dual exhaust only after riding in my truck, just to try and beat me... W/ just corsa sport, custom tune by zippy, intake and some nicer spark plugs I had the jump, he started pulling me in but once i started hitting around 3500 in first, started to lose him again, had his front bumper at my rear at 100. The second race he said he wanted to try something different (letting the tranny shift it instead of manually) THis race was much closer and I eventually braked and ducked behind him instead of cresting a hill doing 100.... country road or not!! So its a very close race, alot to do w/ the driver in my experience... needless to say, we'll be continuing this family fued at bandimere this summer

Sorry to hear about this man.... I hope your dad is recovering well and your family is hanging in there! Hopefully the change in work habits will prevent anything like this from happening again.

I drive a '00 rcsb s10 as a shop truck and it has the 2.2l I think that weed went a little faster... I feel your pain!!! try throwing in a couple hundred pounds of tools and a shell.... A/C, HAHAHAHAHA

I see a lot more 4.7 (standard)pigs around than the 5.7, just like more 5.3 than v-max's(especially SS's)... And that's how I view my v-max, just an option for a bigger engine/drivetrain made for towing purposes, exactly like the yota, an option to upgrade.... like you said after that post hopefully this puts chevy in the mindframe to get back on top!! btw.... nice kill matt..... i call also! there is always some excuse, not just "damn, my ass has just been handed to me!"

But will they warranty it before it completely quits? And I'll definetly be getting the whole shift kit.... no f'n around this time. Do you think there is any way if I offer to pay for the difference they would do a 4l80e? Or can they just install what was originally offered in the truck?

Got the tranny serviced recently and the guy says "your gonna need a tranny very soon" lots of metal on the magnet... DAMNIT!!! shouldn't have done just the tune w/o the shift kit My question is should I still get a kit and put it in, drive it like it is untill she goes and try to get it covered under my warranty, or get a new tune w/ TM put back in? If I get the shift kit and put it in is it less likely to be covered? I still have my stock pcm to switch back in when she goes but should I do this before it goes? Thanks for any help/suggestions Zippy, guys!!
