You know I've heard a lot lately about Billy Boat. How long have they been around? I remember in a previous exhaust thread you were talking about them. I might try and look them up on youtube. I've just never heard of them until lately and that's why I'm curious.

sounds like you want something custom, how about a magnaflow muffler welded in place of the stocker and pipe it out where you want it? Magnaflow sounds good and there are a TON of threads on here about how people think that flowmaster will hurt your performance.

Is it possible that something may be grounding out? I know you said that you disconnected the personal computer but did you guys remove the system entirely? IDK, just throwing out ideas because I've never heard of this issue before.

OMG! Dynatech's website says that their system for these trucks makes 46 horsepower! Any truth to this? Dynatech I figured that for a set of headers this was extremely high...however this is their numbers so I expect them to be a little high.

Magnaflow has a pretty deep sound, and it won't kill your power like 03mass said flowmasters will. But, if you can afford it, corsa sounds awesome. Have you thought about dumping your exhaust? That will make it sound deeper too.
