I did it that way when I sold my VHO rims/tires, motor freight

you can cut them a nub or two off the top of the stop, and in the rear you can take the bracket off and mount the stops to the frame, how low is the truck, can you post a pic or two

there is one around here that runs low 11s, don't feel bad
