can you post your sheet they gave you showing the specs?
-
1) drice the truck around the block
2) you need to decrank the front keys or will stay up higher
3) due to different leafs used sometimes in rear you will need to use the 3 inch setting ie the lower holes on the shackle
-
why did you do rear hangers??? should have done shackles. you will nee dto align it.

I thinking about getting some belltech shocks and sway bars anyone know the part#s for a 03 stock height also was the install pretty straight forward remove and replace?
i sell both
shocks and rear swaybar 475 shipped
if you have any questions just holler back

yes there is variances. you can grind up that area and will be fine. Ive never had a issue on any sss i did this on or customers that bought kits from me that did it .

please take a pic. there are differences on some crossmembers. Sometimes you will need to notch it to clear
-
It will sit higher but be better.
Stock keys with a arms
-
Yes even morE bind. Use oem keys or spines with arms and oem keys If you want to go this low.
-
i see this happen with keys and spinldes. this is why i dont sell this set up at all.
-
ive done a few
front belltech drop struts
rear belltech shocks
rear belltech flip kit
Ride is good since your keeping oem springs. Also different leaf springs were used so before i set up/sell a customer a kit i always have them
1) measure the truck from ground to fenderlip in rear
2) measure the rear block height
tell me that and i can dial in the kit fully for you

I'm pretty sure I read that the rear sway bar doesn't work with the corsa. Maybe Tony will chime in.
no the rear swaybar only works with oem exhaust. Usually to do this people on their corsa run a turndown or redo the pipe bend right before the axle

Tony, do the Djm upper control arms change camber/caster for better handling or are they factory replacements? .
Also I am at the lowest setting in the rear but my driveshaft hits the cross member before the rearend, has anyone else had this problem?
its a different angle replacement so can get better camber/caster.
you will need to notch crossmember
-
im dropped 2/4.. I put smaller bumpstops on.. directly bolted to the frame. I still bottom out.. considering a c notch to fix the issue.
that will fix it all

BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL $1300 SHIPPED TO THE LOWER 48 STATES
Truck is adjustable 2-3 inch drop in front and 3-4 inch rear with kit above. Also in front you start with new upper/lower a arms with bushings and new balljoints. So if you have high mileage or front end needs work its would be the time to do it.
The only option i tell people to add is the rear belltech bolt in c notch. This is due to 2 things. First of all it will give you more clearance in rear for axle travel and 2nd of all it actually boxes in the rear frame section making it stronger. If you pull off the bed you will see how flimsy the rear frame rail is because its not boxed. The C notch would add another $275 to the above kit
Any other questions just ask.

Can you beat prices on Bilstein's? Thank you in advance Tony. -Andrew
ive installed bilsteins on these trucks. The belltech rides and perform better and cheaper price. this is why i sell my kits with them and so no longer touch the bilsteins
-
that is for 4 shocks also if keys are used in front ride will suffer a lot when lowering
-
Rear lowered little teaser shot. I need to lower the front more to get more rake by cutting the snubbers so will try to do that today or tomm
