Got my pacesetters in today along with the h f cats. My muffler should be in this friday. Going to do the header install tomorrow with a friend. is there anything special I need besides some wrenches and band aids for our knuckles? By the way I'm going to run open headers to class the next morning. I think when I start it up to leave a few classes will be interrupted lol. And what do you guys think will be the install time for two dumb asses that half know what they are doing? Thanks in advance! one more thing...Which gaskets should I use, the ones on there now or the ones I got with the pacesetters? Thanks.

260 is good I would jump on that quick. But they do really good work. I have used them before on this truck and on my old one. If the owner is there he might cut me a break too. And you gotta love the the 1st thing they say after they are done. "Okay, that will be $120 with a receipt or $80 with-out" lol

Hey guys, I went to a muffler shop that does custom exhaust set ups and they quoted me $325 to weld in two cats, bend 3inch piping ( which I will be buying from them ) and weld in a magnaflow dual in dual out and just run it out the side. They wont have to cut anything out b/c I will be doing that myself when I install the headers. I'll just be running open headers to the shop. So does that sound like a fair price or should I shop around? Thanks in advance! Yes I know I left an "L" out of the title

I was on my way to school and we heard that there was a big fire at the pentagon and thats all they were saying. Once I was in school some teachers had a T.V. on and we watched it all happen. most people were crying and freaking out. It's scary to think that actually happened to America. I used it when I bought my truck with 31k miles on it. blew a lot of smoke ( carbon build up ) out and threw a o2 sensor code. Didn't really notice a mileage gains. I would still use it to clean out the carbon every few thousand miles anyways.

there is a pretty big car meet in Kemah every Saturday night at the Target parking lot. Everything from 9sec drag cars to bikes and cobras and such. Very little if any rice. turn out depends on the weather most people scatter if it sprinkles b/c they have cherry cars. usually starts up around 6:30-7 and clears out around 9:30-10. Worth the drive if its a nice day. Hell maybe even make a cruise out there for some of the N Houston guys

Hey guys I want to get a drop on my truck and was just thinking about getting a set of hot chkis coil springs. They are for a 2.25 drop. Will I need to buy anything else for a drop or can I just get the coil springs? Thanks

Yeah I was thinking about that but I saw a few clips of Corsa and I like how the tips are. So I'm going to do a dual tip coming from a single pipe.
