I think you're being mislead by the good launch you achieve with AWD.

The MPH number is the one that is supposed to tell the tale.

For my calculations for the SS I punched in a 25% driveline loss.

The top one with the elevation correction calculations is fantastic for checking airflow numbers, intercooler efficiency and watching how things change with differences in temps and baro readings.
