TMBRWLF1997 Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 Hey everyone, I am looking for a grill to put on my 04 SS. I really don't want a bolt over, but that seems to be all that I can find. Anyone have a website of where I can get a nice looking grill? Even pictures of your's would help me out. PLEASE HELP BEFORE WIFE CHANGES HER MIND!!! Thanks
ChevySSandChevy8.1 Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 At stylin concepts, www.stylinconcepts.com, there are plenty of grill for the SS that are cut out and not bolt overs. Although I think the bolt overs look fine too. This grill is supposed to be a bolt over polished, and I think it looks pretty damn good. But the non bolt over grills are available there for the same price.
d_a_n_payne Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 I wouldnt do the cut out because I just dont like the fact that Im slashing a brand new truck up. I am trying to figure out a way to take the factory grille out without messing it up. I think its possible.

mwarren Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 This is the Speed Grille from Street Scenes. The Main grille was supposed to clip over the stock, but I cut out along the inside edge of the stock grille. The rest you simply take out the stock and clip in the new.

Xero Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 trenz billett girll. i had the stock grill behind it but i cut it out
SPEEDCRAVIN Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 I have never been intersted in changing the grill, but Wow I didn't know there was so many options JOSH
CoolBlueSS Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 I had a Trendz on my 94 that was a cutout. I like the idea of a bolt over, because you can change it with out having to buy a new grill.
