Yes, 4.56 gear. There's really no linkage with the hydraulic clutch. I modfied the trans crossmember to fit and had a shorter driveshaft built.

 

Doh! shows you how long it's been since I was under a manual tranny truck, I'll have to look into the details of a hydraulic clutch.

 

What drives needing the 4.56? something about the gearing on the T56 right?

 

Did you have to have a different spline count on the front of the driveshaft to mount up to the T56?

 

P.S. you're the man and I want your truck :smash:

the 4.56 gear is because of the .5 6th gear. we're possibly doing one here at the shop soon with a friends 4.8 5 speed truck. we'll probably only go to 4.10 gear though to keep driveshaft speed down. thanks for the picture man. :thumbs:
