ss454327 Posted May 7, 2009 Report Share Posted May 7, 2009 I put the HD-2 kit in my truck and it would have been nice if the instructions showed that there are 2 different grooves the ring could snap into when installing the boost valve. The first one is beveled and it will seat there BUT that's not the right groove and it will pop right back out as soon as you put the transmission in gear. There is a higher seat just above the beveled one that is correct. The main problem is you can't see when you have both hands in there trying to put it in.
