BenKey Posted September 12, 2005 Report Share Posted September 12, 2005 I will never forget where I was. It was my sixth week of Navy basic training when 9/11 happened. I graduated from basic on the 28th with an even greater resolve and faith that I had done the right thing by joining the military! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was on the USS Enterprise, just got up from a mid-watch, about a day and a half out of the Arabian Gulf. We turned around almost immediately and headed to the North Arabian Sea and waited for everything to assemble. Nothing made me feel better than seeing Tomohawks leave.
