FS: 2004 Silverado SS

I know where you guys are coming from... and yeah... the SS could be a family ride if I treated it as such... but if I get something more practical it makes more room in my budget/life for a project to build up... something like this beauty, but closer to a late 60's body style:

As passionate as I am about the SS... I've always been way more passionate about older trucks and having something just for show and fun... not a DD.

Wow, I'm speechless! I've been pretty busy lately and it was kinda sad that this was what I came back to. I never in my wildest dreams thought YOU would be selling your truck. Everyone on the site has always been there for me when I have questions... but Dylan was the person who introduced me to the site.

At the same time though, I respect why your doing what your doing just like everyone else does. My brother had a daughter a couple years ago, and when she was born they had a sebring convertible. It was a horrible car for a baby, once she was born they got rid of it. Until they got a new car though... My niece was transported in a 2500 duramax... that's just food for thought. I know 30 other people have told you a carseat fits... I guess I'm the 31st. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Did I introduce you or mock and ridicule you untill the next n00b showed up? :jester:

Thanks for the kind words man... I'm not going anywhere... I'll be on here just as much and still making wise ass remarks as often as possible.

-I am willing to work with the price if the buyer doesn't want all of the mods.

-This truck has been pampered every day of its life. Meticulous detailing inside and out on a religious weekly basis, always garaged.

-Oil and all fluids changed on or before factory recommended dates. Only mobil1 products used.

-Minor stone chips in the hood (3 to be exact) from daily driving. No tears or scratches in the factory leather.

I have receipts and documentation for all modifications performed. All work was done myself or by reputable shops.

This baby is quick!! A bit of a factory freak, she pulled 14.8's in stock trim and mid 14's at full weight on 22's. Looking for a good home for my baby, someone who will take as good of care of her as I did. Please e-mail [email protected] or PM for offers.

Good Day

How many miles and could you sell the truck with out all the mods? Are you in CA?

The truck just turned over 26,000 miles... I'll get the exact number for you later.

I will part the truck out for the right offer.

I can take out the intake and audio system. The headers are too much of a PITA so those are staying and the exhaust is welded so it stays. The tune can be reset to stock and I'll replace all the TQ management to soften up the shifts a little bit.

Not that it would matter much the alternator could be swapped back to the 105 amp pretty easily.

Tranny mods would have to stay b/c its not worth it to me to take it back to have the shop un-install everything.

The rims and tires I can take off, but you'll need something to put the truck on as I don't have the stockers anymore.

PM me an offer or e-mail me: [email protected] if you want to make an offer with these conditions.

OH... and yes... I'm in Southern California... 91730 Rancho Cucamonga

My wife and I are going to start trying for a baby soon and .....

Trying soon????? Do you need some help Jr.? Do I need to come out there and show you. Surly you've seen it on TV before... Maybe we need an intervention of sorts.

Well, if your ditching the SSS for a 68-72 truck, I can't blame you at all. I have my 72' from before I turned 16. We took the truck apart, and well, it still is. But some day....

Good luck on all aspects. Hopefully soon, it will be congradulations.

BTW, going to CES?

BTW, going to CES?

I'm gonna pretend I didn't read the rest of that :jester:

Unfortunately I blew my back out yesterday (still not sure what I did) and I can barely walk so I canceled my CES trip... I would've been flying out today :tear:

Anyways, thanks again for all the input and kind words guys. I've listed the truck in the Truck Trader for $32,000 (other SS's with no mods and similar miles have been getting $30,000+/-)

Anybody who buys thru this site, showtruckscene.com, or gmfullsize.com I will let have the truck for $30,000 since I know it'll be going to a good home and someone who would appreciate it more than a random dude who finds it in the autotrader.

To answer the tons of PM's I've gotten: I will not be parting anything out at this point. If a buyer decides they don't want any of the mods I will list them here for sale or PM the people who have asked... but please... no more requests for buying stuff off of my truck you vultures :banghead:
