bagged7104ss Posted January 31, 2006 Author Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 The SS tows the boat fine if you dont mind getting bad fuel milage. The truck has a 3" drop in front and a 4" drop in the rear. I put bags on the back witch made a huge diffrence, but I am not going to tow the boat with my truck anymore or at least if I don't have too. With my dads f-350 turbo diesel you cant even feel the boat behind the truck and his truck still gets around 16 mpg . The boat weighs around 5,000 pounds. The fuel is the killer my truck was avraging around 7 m.p.g. but that was driving in the mountains and a bunch of hills. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
