We join with CTTs and 10% of combined E-9 billets get cut - wanna guess where? All prior CTT jobs. NAVSECGRU makes E-9 billets to take muster and write EVALs. All of our (EW) E-9 jobs are on senior staffs and managing the rate, or 100 ships' programs. We fixed it though. I loved merging.
