There is a guy down the street that gets $599 for a full detail on a truck and gets it all day long. Of course he is extremely good. If you do a good job I think that $500 isn't out of the question. I washed the outside and steam cleaned the interior of a Semi the other day with a sleeper and charged $350 and they guy never even hesitated. Don't underestimate what someone is willing to pay.
