My motor guy said that with headers and tuning guys have picked up 130 RWHP.

Good question, is it 2 1/2" or 3 1/2"

After I get the Magnacharger got broken in with the Corsa, I will remove the cat's in the spring.

Ask your motor guy to pass sum that chit over here, man!

Really, if that's what your motor man believes, time to find a new one. :sigh:

Shorty headers are usually good for about 10-12hp and long tubes will usually show you about 20+. The highflow cats and Y-pipe will add a little more to that. I talked to a customer that put these on his 5.3 a few months ago. The truck had basic mods (induction, throttlebody, programming and a catback). He picked up 28hp the header package.

it will only rust if whomever does the install doesn't do it right...stainless will maintain its finish for years it maintained correctly...all it needs is a wash down every now and then...the only way it will start to rust is if there is too much buildup from road debris...the metal itself will not rust just the debris that is imbedded into it...
