chevybird2006 Posted October 24, 2006 Report Share Posted October 24, 2006 yes this is normal in west texas...one of my troops got pulled over coming back from san angelo to abilene doing 67 in a 65 ( it was night)...he got a warning but it is the 3rd time he has been pulled over in the 4 months he has been here. We didn't pull anybody over for less than 10 mph over the speed limit. (Unless we wanted to see if you were into something wrong) 2 mph is BS!
