what should i do

Recommended Posts

thats a good idea. but i still need a block to start on :)

Very true. I got one for mine with the same idea. I would start from the rear end and work your way up. Mods like:

Locker

Gearing

Shift kit

Friction upgrade

Torque converter

E-fans

Wires

Headers

Cat back exhaust

CAI

Camshaft

Programming software

Wideband gauge

Interceptor gauge

etc, etc

i want to do that. but im quitting my job once i find another one. im for sure not going to be making as much money but selling cell phones is more stress than i need. so thats why im trying to pick up a block first to get myself started. i like ur idea about buying parts that are compatible with both blocks tho

ps. that reminds me...if anyone can get me a job in the bay area let me know! im not looking for office/sales work tho. something hands on

Hey, I am new to the forum. I am seventeen years old and I own a 2003 Silverado SS. I already put a K&N FIPK2 intake and bought a superchips programmer. I was wondering where I should go from here? Any advice?

get an exhaust
