They also have some fancy block-off plates that allow the exhaust to, ahem, be routed out BEFORE the mufflers (but after what looks to be resonators...)--it gets very loud at that point, though... In any event, there is no way this thing would pass our local smog inspections... Thank goodness for us "outlaws" that there are still some very creative people out there... I think I'll have a set of cats picked out for the next smog inspection (in two years). I figure the fun factor heavily outweighs the cost of having the cats welded-in every couple of years...
