Walbro Installed

First off I have to thank Zippy and Frank for the help on this.

I will say it is a "cobbled" install, but worth it. Fuel pressure is up to 62 lbs. as well as under boost it doesn't drop below 58 as the stock pump was dropping to near 45lbs in the past few days. I did end up buyin a new sock as well as some hose to get it to work but well worth the effort. i didnt pull the bed, i dropped the tank and it ended up really only took about 1.5 hours to get it done. If the parts were included in a "kit" form, its would have been nice, but in the end for roughly 150 bucks it was a great price for noticable difference.

Just thought i would write my findings.

You'd think that with as many as have done this upgrade that they would make it a kit. It's a pain in the ass install.

i was thinking the same thing. new sock, plumbing, plug and play wire harness, and bracket to hole the whole assembly...

hmmmmmm zippy performance might have another avenue for some revenue here :)
