CrAzYMoPaRGuY
What the heck is a Jensen Interceptor. Never heard of it. At first I thought it was a Saab. It's a "hybrid", or otherwise known as the proverbial mutt! English manufacturer, Italian designed body (Vignale) and a MoPar 383 or 440 and transmission. You think a Jensen is odd, try a 1970 Monteverdi HAI 450ss. Edited May 31, 2008 by CrAzYMoPaRGuY (see edit history)

CrAzYMoPaRGuY
I've been collecting parts for my Jensen, I can't have other Jensen owners tossing Grey Poupon at me and speeding off! I bought a set of front springs that I'm modifying, I want the car to sit lower... and I'm completely redoing the front end. I intend to drive the car hard. LOL I bought a few parts for the engine, I'll have to pull the heads and open her up, toss a cam some springs etc at it, headwork on some aluminum heads, and a new intake and exhaust. These headers are NOT blockhugger headers, they are Jensen Interceptor headers, and near impossible to find..... I stumbled on them, so that's my excuse to start modding the drivetrain. LOL I'll keep all the stock parts but I want to drive it with a little more power than it came from the factory with.....
CrAzYMoPaRGuY
North American MKIII cars came with taller front springs for headlight height regulations, I'm not big on regulations.... This is why I want to drop the front a couple inches, 1 1/2" to 2"....
CrAzYMoPaRGuY
I'm putting in a 20th century stereo as well, but the interior is mostly done.
CrAzYMoPaRGuY
Front suspension, tires, brakes, etc etc is done, the front is down where I want it....
CrAzYMoPaRGuY
The rear will get it next, new brakes, I'll go through the diff, clean up the springs etc.... Then the hood gets popped and I'll start realllly screwing around. LOL
Big Tim
Nice rides, and I haven't heard of it either. Also, to the coupe engine pic, all I have to say is is it a 426?? or something less tame?

It's next on my list, I just wish my list was getting checked off faster. ;)
CoolBlueSS
Lookin' good. There used to be a couple running around town when I was in HS. They're cool cars, because it's something different.
