OH and get a smaller belt with that pulley!
silverado_ss_04
intercooler is 2core. im not sure what size the pulley is how can i find out? truck has 44lb injectors. what is ait temp?
hellbents10
If its a 04' you will be getting close to running out of injector and yes you should have it tuned.
12'SROCK
the trick is not to get more boost to make power but rather make more power per pound of boost. ie. get a heads and cam and you will make more power efficiently witht e same amount of boost

I know when i rebuilt my motor, i went down in boost, substantially. like from 9 to 4. heads, cam, headers... they all add up to more power per psi... zippy
If its a 04' you will be getting close to running out of injector and yes you should have it tuned. Check for the pulley size to be stamped on the pulley itself. What tune is in the truck right now?
