Fireman31 Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 Well I hooked up the new battery and it's showing over 14 volts and my alternator is showing 14.18 volts so I guess I'm a little worried about the alt. Anybody know for sure if the alt should be pushing 14.5 volts? The alt is pushing more volts than the battery. You are fine as long as the alternator is pushing 13.5 - 14.5 volts, the alternator always pushes more then the battery.......... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
