I try to make sure everyone knows exactly what the are getting and most do; but it is difficult for some to understand what hand made means. I quit making them once because i didn't want to put up with it. I've made quite a few since then with no complaints. I have to realize I can't make everyone happy. Rude Set your cursor to his name and click it so the drop down box comes up, then select "send message". And you'll be able to send him a PM (Private or Personal Message).
