idahoBLKss Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 Otay, looks like I'll be replacing the stepper servos. How did you get the needles back in the correct placement? They have no notches or reference points that I can see. from a COLD start turn your truck on and idol for 15min, take a pic to see where the needles are turn off truck and dont drive it. once done hook gauge up and turn on truck, install gas needle as soon as you turn it on are gas gauge reads instantly in our trucks . let the truck idol for another 15min then put other needles back on. you should be good to go.
