Bear Posted December 10, 2010 Report Share Posted December 10, 2010 Before you just automatically use synthetic gear oil in the front differential of your 2003 model, I would suggest you read over my post in this thread. http://www.silverado...__1#entry744827 It will not hurt your differential at all; however you could experience a leaking issue if your truck is not already equipped with the proper Vent Hose Connector.
