edessa Posted September 23, 2004 Report Share Posted September 23, 2004 That is common among the newer trucks (99+). My 01 4X4 and my 03 SS did the same thing. The problem is the rubber brake lines that expand with pressure. Some of the owners have been replacing the rubber lines with steel braided lines and they say it makes a world of difference.
