Also electric fans come stock. Otherwise same drivetrain. Maybe a sunroof on the way? Bigdogx Posted October 4, 2004 Report Share Posted October 4, 2004 Doesnt look like to many differences from 04 to 05.I did notice while looking at 05 regular silverado models that the 05 has a motor option for the 5.3 with 310hp and aluminum block which didnt seem to be offered in 04 could be wrong though. You can cam it, bore it, stroke it, blow it or spray it to your heart's content. I think it's the best GEN III performance platform available. I predict they will sell pretty well. (not that I am ever right) The dealer told me that in 2003 silver was the top selling color in all vehicles combined. Then black, then white, then red.
