SuperSport6.0
No bumper just new roll pan, but rear fender cladding had a boxy end. How do I smooth to a curved corner? Tons of fiberglass?
SuperSport6.0
Or is there a certain roll pan that curls around?
shawnss
Yes there is a special Roll-pan for the Silverado SS. A standard roll-pan will bolt to the truck but will look like crap because the SS has the cladding. So you either need to buy a BSER roll-pan made just for the SS or figure something else out to make a standard roll-pan look right. Before you ask search BSER roll-pan. there has to be a group buy on them he does not sell them one by one. Last batch he made was like 10-12 at once and one guy bought all those and sold them on the forum. not sure if he has any left. SuperSport6.0
Do you think I can fiberglass fender to rear end? Curve around mold to new roll pan. Seems no bser around ( well decent priced ons )
Akslowroller
I have seen a guy remove factory cladding and install a regular roll pan with some street scene side skirts on the rear corners. It looked good. Decent alternative.
2bfast
No matter what you do, it will eventually crack
SuperSport6.0
What will crack ? Fiberglass, roll pan ? That street scene idea might work.

SuperSport6.0
So what's the best way to fix my rear end? Never liked the roll pan alone , but mines broke.. So any other alternatives?
Thing1
So what's the best way to fix my rear end? Never liked the roll pan alone , but mines broke.. So any other alternatives? Could always go back with a factory bumper, may be cheaper than getting a bser rollpan. That's gonna be the only rollpan that'll look right with the cladding. Porno Joe
I've had my BSER rollpan smoothed in for 4+ years now. not a single crack.
GI.SS
i know you dont want to hear it, BUT what you will need to do, is buy a cheap fiberglass pan, create a plug with it, then make a mold off of your plug and have a mold for your own custom pan WHICH you could sell to others if it turns out pretty good. it is very labor intensive and will take some time. it would be a great idea for all. I know i want to do this, but i am just way too busy and still need to get my truck up and running.
BLOWN SS/T
There's a guy I pm'd emailed on here, forgot his name, he was sellin those replica brake ducts. Anyways I asked him about roll pans and how the bser fits our trucks, he said to send him one his way and he'd make a free one. And could potentially be more for other members. Problem with that is there aren't many bser roll pans to just hand out like that lol if I had one I'd send it out in a jiffy. If anyone wants to contribute to that pm him
