As long as you're not planning to DD it in the snow I say go for RWD too, for less driveline complexity, and better rear axle. Also better looking hood/grille setup. All the above my opinion so you guys with the other years no need to kill me. If the trucks were equal otherwise I'd have to pick the blue one though...
