  2. if iwould guess i'd say youre pushing or will be pushing around 340 to the wheels concidering the escalade lq9's were estimated at 345 if not mistaken? then again thats just an estimate.. my short block came out of a 04 model escalade

  4. yep 6.0 in the rcsb those are kooks headers from an F body got them off flaco which who did the swap for me since i didnt have the time. theyre 1 7/8 primaries going into 2" primaries which go into a 3" collectors i went with a 3" Y pipe into a single 3" borla dumped
  5. lq9 6.0 with an l92 top end this motor was in my ecsb which ran a best of 11.8 i reached my goal now its time for a new one looking for 11.5 or less even a 11.00 in the cold months
  6. hope not near as much as the ecsb did !!! which weighed in at 4495 until stipped it . i am hoping for less but dont know yet, i'll weigh it at work monday .
  7. finally got the drivetrains swapped out, thanks to flaco heres a few pics and a crappy vid, damn it was windy outside today ( this morning ) the ecsb now has a stock 6.0 with headers and a tune!! shes still quick lol the rcsb got the ecsb drivetrain, even rearend and all other goodies has kooks headers 1 7/8s into 2" primaries into 3" collectors into a Y pipe flowing through a borla xr-1 here a crappy vid or 2
  8. 862's or 899's something like that if not mistaken, those 706's are nice heads also, with a good port and polish and some 2.02 valves you'll have a damn good set of heads

  10. stock OEM lifters would be fine, how many miles on the engine? you sure its not just an exhaust leak? not doubting your buddy, but you never know unless you ask.does the ticking get really load when excelerating. theres some stuff at autozone called risolone, but a pint of it pour into the oil and see if it stops !!!
  11. i am running H/C 6.0 lq9 putting down over 440 rwhp and over 450 torque the 1 /7/8 will work fine, i am also running a 3" exhaust ( dual ) oh yeah this is in a rcsb, but now the drive train is being installed in a rcsb, with 1 7/8 primaries which flow into 2" primaries into 3" collectors, but then into a Y pipe then into a borla then dumped you shouldnt loose any bottom end !!!
  12. you should be fine just with a 2" shackle!! worse case though a 2 degree wouldnt be out the question

  14. this when i had a fully bolted 5.3 dynatech headers 3" exhaust with some twister bullets now this is with the magnaflow with built in crossover ( its like 21-24 inches long ) didnt like the load screams and load idles!!! fully bolted 6.0

  19. great post zippy, well said finally took the time to read this whole damn thread, i was like wtf !!! lol i can only imagine what i could have run with a 150 or 200 shot with the set up i have now that was in my ecsb!!! anyway i'll never know but look out i expect more from the rcsb ;) by the way not all trucks weigh the same, hell i got mine down to 4250 race weight when i ran my truck and hit a 11.8 all motor NA, full weight wasnt but 4495. kinda makes me wanna keep the setup i have now lmfao!!! to late its already been or in the process of being torn down if i had to guess i would say a 10 sec pass wouldnt have been out of the picture
