was wondering if the l92 heads and 317 heads take the same valve cover? or do you have to remove the baffles from the 317 valve covers to fit? search didnt help me out !!!

sounds like you want a work horse, with 2 gig processor with a gig or 2 of memory, if youre wanting something with performance and just for tuning i would look into the ibm T series laptops, the t23 can be had for like under 300 bux with a 1.3 processor 512 of memory and a cdrw drive, you would think you had an all out gaming laptop, its very fast... and ibm is very dependable i been using the one i am on for over 8 years and never had a problem... keep in mind most computers are only as fast as there internet connection ...

well i ordered the intake today, the heads will be ordered also today with the cam.. i dynoed my set up a couple of fridays ago, put down 402 and 363 with an unlocked converter, hoping this combo with the help of a cam selector will get me around 450ish or better.. i been checking this thread out and yet to see anytimes from detjoe unless i missed them, anyway i decided to go for it and find out myself.. the setup i have now is: lq9 6.0 vic jr intake = maybe robbing some hp or low end torque 90mm tb 42 lb injector dynatech long tubes = catless 5.3 706 casting stage 2 heads from patriot 3800 stall converter 4l60E = performabuilt if i gain 35-45 over what i have then i would be very well pleased.

let me know if you decide to sell it, this is the truck intake right? i am in the market now for one but can hold off for a bit ( a week lol) if need be... wanna beable to use my cable throttle body which is a 90mm

not to bring up a dead thread or post, but curriuos to how detjoe's truck was running, i am looking to go this way with my lq9 also with l92 heads and l92 truck intake, any info you can give me detjoe would be much appreciated.. p.s. this is with the stock bore correct? also your truck sounds awesome!!!!
