  1. I had them ordered and installed at Les Schwab Tire Center. Here is the part number on the invoice...3.5209 Sway bar link/kit...make sure they tell energy suspension that our trucks (at least my year 2004) have 1 1/4inch sway bar, cause they sent the wrong bushings, the endlinks were fine, at first. I guess if a shop orders through Energy Suspension they make it after it is ordered. It only took around 5 business days for them to get in.
  2. I have an 04 SSS AWD and wanted to get rid of body lean and sway without having to spend big $$ for a complete front and rear swaybar kit. So.....I did some research into other options and found a Front Swaybar bushing and end link kit from Energy Suspension. The bushings are greaseable and they come in the color red or black (I got red, looks great) Had them installed yesterday( kit was $70 and install was $65) took the shop about 45min. It was a HUGE difference! For the cost of this upgrade it was well worth it. No more "plowing" feeling going through corners, body lean was very minimal, and the ride is still great! Just wanted to let anybody know that there is a low cost upgrade that will give you a best bang for your $$. Jim
  3. Thanks for the info. Did it make a big difference for body lean?? (Im sure it did) How is the ride now?? Did you have a shop do the install?? Thanks again!
  4. I have a 2004 SSS AWD, stock no mods, 25,000 miles and was wondering what would be a good upgrade in shocks and possibly upgrade in front and rear swaybars, that are reasonable in cost??
  5. Hey FoxySS!! Thanks for the welcome. That's a badass lookin truck plus all the goodies to go with it! Question....Since you lowered your truck, did you put on different front and rear swaybars?? If so did it make a difference?? I am looking to upgrade the swaybars to reduce the body lean. P.S If you think of the Speed shops in Spokane, WA that I could go to let me know. I went looking today and did not find much yet. Thanks again.
  6. Thanks Justin! I will PM you for more info.
  7. Hi Justin, I have a 2004 Silverado SS that is stock and I wanted to get a PCM tune. I was checking out Trifecta PCM programming and they use a "GT tuner" that plugs into your port on the under the dash, I believe, but they were using Bryan H. from PCMforless tunes. After reading some feedback on Bryan H. work on am not so sure I want to use them. Can you suggest anyone? I am in Wash St. (Spokane) is there anyone in that area that can do this?? Thanks
  8. Hi, Just registered on this site, but have been looking at all the problems with the steering shaft. I had a 2002 Silverado LT that had that problem, the dealer never figured it out. Then I bought my current 2004 Silverado SS AWD and it started doing it. First they did some grease pack which worked for about 5000 miles, then today they put in a new intermediate shaft and it seems to work......for now. This problem is very annoying. Jim
