I put a meter on the battery last night - 3.5volts....I didn't even know that was possible. Any who - charged it up and the truck started fine - gauge was reading 14.5 volts. Going to check it again when i get home and then run up and have Azone check the alternator. If thats it, I'm def upgrading to the 145. Thomp - what went wrong with your red tops? I thought these were great?? I'd much rather have it be the battery - again, this one is about a month old Thanks guys

No one? I'm going to charge the battery tonight and see whats up with it. Any ideas on how to test the alternator, other than having Autozone bench test it? I've heard you can disconnect the positive side of the battery after starting and the truck should run like normal if the alt is good.... ??

So I finally made it back to town from New Orleans ...I'll say I left the French 1/4 at about 5am Monday morning and leave it at that Anyway - I get home and my battery is dead. This battery is about 1 month old. Truck has 125k on it and its the original alternator. I was thinking the alternator was going bad anyway and one day my aeroforce gauge was reading only 12 volts. Havent had any issues with it since though. Could the alternator be the issue and cause a draw like this? I was gone for 5 days... The only other thing that has been installed electronically is the aeroforce gauge and the fuel psi switch that comes from a 5v source on the headlight switch. Any help is greatly appreciated. I wasn't being a dick - I figured I would get a response from you here and I was just irritated that I went out of my way to get you the information that you wanted and got no response after getting it to you. As for my grille - I've been on this forum a long time and there are a ton of members here that have painted the inserts on theirs the same way - There's normal wear on it but no overspray. Hell, I even offered to spray it again for you if you wanted it. You're acting as if I mis-represented what I was selling - I posted pics of it in the original post, I told you exactly what the condition of it was, and even got you more pictures of it...and then never heard back from you. Be careful who you yourself shit on around here since I see you're fairly new. Good luck finding a grille.

Wow - So let me guess, you hit up sstylin about a tailgate spoiler, he responded to you...and then you just bought one from someone else and never responded back to him. Sounds familiar... Agreed - It kinda shows too much behind the grille - I need to repaint the transcooler brackets and perhaps get a larger, better looking one I was def trying to make it look different. Thanks

Swapped out the old 2003 grille and hood - which is for sale btw I was trying to go for the RBP grille look... Might get powdercoated screws but the stupid stainless ones were the most expensive part. Truck is crazy dirty in the pics... Hope you like

No worries It must be something different between years or models - I'm not sure. I found different ones on another forum and even the BCM plugs were different colors....oh well On a side note - I had a connection issue on my MaxCar R HID's and their support tech told me the auto headlights WILL damage the ballasts. I've heard of tons of people not changing it and never having issues so who knows... The one think the irritates me with shorting the light sensor is that I now have no courtesy lights at night when I unlock my truck. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know...otherwise I guess I have to just decide which I like better...
