I decided to do a mild 2/2 drop on my truck but right as I decided on tires i was wondering if 305/50/20's will rub with a 2/2 drop? Anyone running this setup or have any experience? Thanks

So when I got my tranny flushed this past summer did they use the VI? I drained and filled my transfer case but I thought I used Dexron 3? I r confused ?!

The only thing I'm worried about with the 305 is it bulging off the wheel bc the stockers aren't that wide.

Time to get new tires - Trying to get everyones opinion on size I want them wider but I'm torn between the 305/50/20 or 295/45/20 I would love to lower the truck in the future but nothing more than a 2/2 because I have to tow with it and I may never do it. Anyone running the 295/45 notice a difference in mileage or rpm's? I know its a slight difference but I'm just curious... Opinions?? I've found a few pics but can anyone post them of toyo's or Nittos in these sizes on stock wheels? Thanks everyone

Good call - I need to pull it apart and look at it. I immediately though of the acorn/helicopter idea but blew everything out with my compressor to make sure. I was thinking if it was the motor or something loose it would do it all the time but cold weather has done some strange things in the past... I changed the fluid in mine and it got quieter...for a while. I've ordered all the bearings and races and getting ready to do the rebuild as soon as we get a warm(er) day... Sucks but almost all AWD SS's have this issue...

Blades are fairly new - they don't just skip on the glass, it's like the motor stutters or something and causes them to jump. I'll get a video of it later today...

Anyone have any issues with their wipers? Mine seem to stutter or skip at the middle of the windshield when it's cold out. It usually only happens in the winter but anywhere below 50 degrees or so. Anyone else have a similar issue or have any idea how to fix this? Thanks

I'm no expert on this subject but if it IS a head gasket or something wrong with your heads and you're going through that much coolant you should be blowing white smoke out the back and you should be seriously over-heating

Thanks also Mr.P I'm prob going to make my cap and leave the catch can as is since I'm NA. Zach - you must have gotten the wrong valve - I picked mine up from NAPA and it went right in - looks identical to the stock one just has a checkball inside.
