Thanks for your advice Zippy. I am highly considering backing down to the 2600. Granted the 3000 was great with the stock pulley combo but now with the further modifications, I think the 2600 will be just right. I loved the 3000 but it just seems I outgrew it (or depending on how you look at it, undergrew it).
Big Tex is running a 2600 and is laying down some serious 60ft times (1.6xx). I think I am having a little bit of spinning with the small track tires like you stated
I plan on putting on my 16's and do a nice AWD tire roast to finish off the tranny. Don't worry, I will take video.
