no, I drove the truck to work this morning, then back to the house, and when I restarted it the light came on. I beleive it was code 0455. I filled up wednesday night.

How do you clear the codes? Also, I haven't had my gas cap off in three days, but I'll def. do it, easier than anything else. Thanks

So my truck threw a "major leak" coming from the emissions system, which I was told by the auto part guy that because it's emissions, it's covered by a 10 year warranty congress passed, something to do with the enviroment. Has anyone else heard of this? Thanks guys

where does one go to find these gps units, or which are the good one??

I wasn't planning on doing the cam right away, I was going to do the thermostat, headers, exh, and tune, and probably the e-fans kit that is on here. What does it cost to do the trans kit and stall, or is it a waste to not upgrade to the heavy duty compents of the tranny? Do i need to have the pcm re-flashed if I do the thermostat upgrade, or is it just a drop in and go procedure? Thanks

What did you have to do to secure the new grill in place? Where and what typr did u get?

I got a street glow from advance auto parts, it was 50, and I just hardwired it into my existing harness, took 10 minutes. Only problem, is my body cladding on the tailgate kinda obscures it when your up close to it, hopefully a new roll pan will fix that.

Good points!! And we all enjoy the weekends right? That's b/c of unions. Unions do a lot of good, mine provides health care, retirement, free training, etc.

I have an 03 SS with 75K miles, about 15K i put on it, and no problems. Honestly, my awd does better in the snow than my 4X4 did. I wouldn't want to try and pull somebody out of the snow with it, but it'll get me where I need to go. Like everyone else said, watch the front diff, guages, steering shaft etc. But I've had 0 problems with mine. Good luck

Yeah, i realize now that I don't have it as bad as some people. I still have power, and got most of the snow off my truck. i was having a bad night. Mr. P, if I could make in Texas, what i make in Indiana, I would be doen there in a second! I've got some family in Houston, and they keep telling us how cheap it is to live there, and there only ten minutes from the ocean. I'm ready for a change!!

here's mine, I'm gonna paint the ducts black in the spring thaw, and add either a 05-06 hd hood/grill in black, or do a grill insert in black. i also gonna lose the front license plate bracket. I'll wait to get the roll pan and have everything painted at once.
